Project Design Principles

  1. Microlearning - each course is designed to be brief. I even rely on screenshots instead of video captures, so the courses will load faster for learners on the job. This approach reflects a respect and compassion for every learner’s time.

  2. What’s In It For Me - I include benefit statements throughout each course to motivate the learners and highlight exactly what they need to take away from the eLearning.

  3. ADDIE - each step of the ADDIE framework is followed while creating content, placing a heavy emphasis on evaluating learning data to improve my workflow process and the course itself.
